Just received this for Christmas; first one I had to return had a bad touch screen returned it and Barnes and noble gave me new one; have to return that one because it is not charging. See if the 3rd one works !!!!

I've been extremely pleased with my new S2 Nook tablet during the first few weeks of using it. The display is bright and crystal clear. The performance is lightning fast, and it's been so easy to use all of its functions. It is slim and light. I highly recommend it!

The only negative thing I've found is that it is occasionally slow to respond to touch. This doesn't happen every time, only on occasion. Everything else is great. The size is excellent for videos or game apps.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 Nook from the Barnes and Noble's website. It is an extremely thin 8 inch tablet. The display colors are vibrant. The text fonts are very sharp when reading a book within the Kindle app or inside the Nook app. There were many free apps provided by Samsung.
I absolutely love this tablet.

This is my 4th Nook and by far the best Nook. My Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Nook was running low on space with all the books, magazines and apps so I purchased the Tab S2. The screen is incredibly beautiful, crystal clear. Reading cookbooks and magazines is great. The processor is really fast for Internet browsing.
The reading experience is perfect. The size of this Nook is perfect. I would recommend this Nook to anyone looking for the perfect e-Reader/Tablet.

I have the NOOK software version of this product as my old Nook was having problems. I love how easy it is to read the books, quickly download new ones and enjoy all my other books in my library. The apps are easily downloaded and accessed. I never expected to like this tablet as much as I do. And I find I am using the other features such as email, internet, maps constantly. LOVE it!!

I wanted an ereader but also wanted a tablet that would be able to interface with my Galaxy Note5. This was perfect. The definition is great and I don't even need cellular time make a call. As long as I'm on wifi and mirror my phone everything is flawless. Nice job Samsung!

Has a good amount of memory. What is great about it you can expand the memory up to 126 gig. The S3 is one of the only ones that can expand that much. Great camera on it too.

Had my first device for 8 days and it froze completely. Samsung support could not bring it back to life. Barnes & Noble replaced with new device immediately and this one is a dream. Fast, crystal clear display, easy to navigate. I am very happy with the purchase, the first one must have had a defect, it happens. Excellent customer service from Barnes & Noble.

I love this tablet. It runs smoothly, looks nice, is easy to hold and, with the B+N nook stuff, is an amazing reader. The camera is fairly good, works great in bright light, has a harder time in low light situations. The tablet runs anything I have thrown at it smoothly, and does not have intensive apps crash very often.
The only thing that makes me a little bit sad is the fact that the thumbprint scanner doesn't work 100% of the time. I have tried redoing the thumbprint at least twice, and while it has gotten more accurate, there are times where it takes several tries to unlock it, or even times where I try so many times that I have to enter my backup password. However, it works about 80+% of the time, and on the whole works fairly well.
Overall, this is a GREAT device to have, and is definitely worth getting!

My Samsung came with one amazing and unexpected feature. After having elbow replacement surgery I had given up emailing as I have very little control over my right hand. With the voice recognition and dictation features I am again able to communicate with family and friends. What a blessing this has been.

I went into the store looking for a book and ended up walking out with this bad boy! I must say... it is a bit more than a traditional book, however, the functionality and multi-use capabilities of this have really changed the game for me! I love reading on it. It is so light and easy to navigate it makes reading somewhat more of a priority just so I get to play with the tablet! I would definitely recommend this to anyone on the fence about it!

This is a phenomenal tablet. It's thin, light, beautiful and has plenty of storage. I intentionally bought the Nook version as I love the Nook interface. As an avid reader that was important to me. You won't believe how light and fast this tablet is. I absolutely adore it and I've owned pretty much every tablet out there but this one tops them all. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a choice of colors. Nook didn't offer anything but black. But hey... It's gorgeous. It's worth every penny and then some. Remember, you get what you pay for.

I love this tablet. It's fast, light and has a beautiful display. While I love the seamless integration on NOOK software in the experience, I find myself rarely using the NOOK features since 99% of all of my digital media is from Amazon. I actually wish that the NOOK overlay could be replaced by amazon. I wish this could be the future of Kindle Fire, buthe I'm not holding my breath.
Other than that, this tablet is still amazing. But I wish it had S-Pen support - all Samsung phones and tablets should support s-pen as far as I'm concerned - don't care if the s-pen is built in like in the Note line up, but it would be great if I could use an S-Pen on this tablet.

This is a great device. I traded my original Nook in and got this one. Its not too big and not too small. Screen size is good. I have the 9" HD but I like this one better. The 9" is long where the Galaxy tablet is not as long, easy to handle and the closest thing to an iPad i could get. I can do a lot with it, including banking, playing games and best of all reading. I watch movies on it too. I could do most everything on the 9" too but this one is a better size. I hope it lasts a long time. So far, I'm loving it!!!
