No Google assistant. Cannot use OK/HEY GOOGLE

I think it is important that everyone realizes that you cannot use "OK GOOGLE" aka Google assistant with this watch. I like the watch otherwise.

I changed my Watch 3 to the 4 and the watch is excellent. I appreciate the improvements with some exceptions. I feel all the sensors have been improved and a bit more reliable. Love the look and the feel of the watch on the hand now that I modified the watch band see pictures. I ordered the extreme sport band with the watch and the fit isn't great. It does not follow the contour of my wrist. I don't consider my wrist to be narrow so for people with narrow wrist avoid this band unless you like a big gap between your hand and watch. In order to make it fit I had to tighten it to the point it was hurting my wrist and left my skin irritated. It may have been designed that way, but I think it could use some design tweak for a better fit by changing the angle of the attachment to the watch. Also changing the band size is a little cheeky, I have a good collection from my previous watch that I can't use anymore. Not very environmentally friendly. :-)

I purchased both the Galaxy watch for classic and Galaxy watch 4. Both devices are lovely! However, Samsung needs to keep its promise to include Google Assistant on the device. Once it receives the Google Assistant update, it will compete head-to-head with the Apple watch. Sadly, this has not occurred after three months. Hopefully, the addition of the Google Assistant will be available for these beautiful watches soon. I would encourage anyone with a Samsung or Android phone to purchase this watch. But once again, be aware that the Google assistant is not available. Samsung, please honor your word in the presentation that you gave when the watch was being unveiled. Bigsby is good, but we all know that the more functional assistant is the Google assistant, and we want you to honor your word!

A Great Watch With Great Features

I've had the watch for about 2 weeks and overall this is an excellent watch. I get about 1-2 days of battery life. All the built in features work great and there's a massive amount of choices. The only issue I had with this watch was that it burned my wrist about 3 days ago. The watch got real hot for some unknown reason and burned my wrist. The picture provided was from today and it still hasn't healed plus you can tell that I adjust my watch position due to this burn.

I bought this recently, and I was just informed that I cannot sync it to my ZFold 3 on AT&T's network due to incompetence (my word, not theirs) on their part. Wish I would've know that before. Everything seems to work fine, but my phone calls won't go to it, so I'm kinda bummed.

First off, I been an Apple Watch for years... then I made the switch to Android. I had to leave the Apple Watch behind when I made the switch. I decided to wait for the perfect time to invest in another Smartwatch. It took a partnership of Samsung and Google to entice me to buy a smartwatch... I'm glad I waited. I don't want to bore you with all the reasons why I think this is the best smartwatch. I'll just say this... it's all I wanted in a smartwatch. It looks like a watch, from the circular shape of it. Getting notifications to media controls... and the ability to change watchfaces!

I bought this to upgrade from my Galaxy Active Watch 2. The upgrade was the way to go!! The functionality of this watch is amazing! The added features, especially the water lock, is great! Only things that I feel could be improved are battery life at full functionality, and in call volume is really low. Other than that, the watch is great!

I own a gear S3 and loved it. I used it in a trade in and got the watch 4 classic. The watch itself is great, no complaints with how it works, but after wearing it for 2 days my arm and wrist started hurting. I didn't wear the watch for a couple days and the nerve pain went away. I wore it again and the pain came back. I looked online and was surprised how many others had the same problem. Also the decision Samsung made to go from a 22mm band to a 20 mm band is awful. The quality of the band is very poor and I tried many other bands but the watch never sat on my wrist correctly. It's a heavy watch and the 20mm band is not sufficient for it's weight. I never did get the O2 sensor to work or the heart monitor to work. Stress monitor worked half the time. The last punch in the gut is I did a trade in with my Gear S3 and I don't get that watch back. So basically I sent my watch in to them for free. I have always been a Samsung fan, I own Samsung phones, tvs, refrigerator, washer, tablets and much more. Hope the sour taste goes away soon from my poor experience.

I really like this watch now. When I first received it, I was disappointed with the battery life. A software update took care of this and now I get at least 30 hours, which is better than the Apple watch. I was also not happy they went from a 22 mm band on the previous version to 20mm band. Because all the cool bands they made for the prior galaxy watches don't fit this one, I took a wider band and adjusted it to fit the watch by cutting the section by the lugs down to 20 mm width. I also added a silver TPU case, numbered bezel and glass protector. With the third party watch faces, I was able to create a pretty cool watch!

Samsung service is just horrible, I have a galaxy watch 3 and I use it every day for work. I don't wear this for swimming or any sports activity since I use my Fitbit for those. Recently my watch stopped working and I sent it to the service center. The service center told me there is water damage, which was very surprising since the water may have come into contact while washing hands. The service center people refuse to acknowledge any manufacturing defect, or they don't have the technical capability to address what exactly happened. This is very concerning to me. They just want to get out of their responsibilities and blame the customer so that they can charge the customer again. I bought the watch from Costco and they told me I should have bought the watch from Samsung instead. Why do you sell the Watch to resellers if you want customers to buy only from Samsung? They are charging me $180 for the service. I requested to talk to the supervisors to sort this issue and it looks like all the supervisors are busy all the time. It feels to me that Samsung devices are mostly defective and a lot of customers are concerned about this. They promise to call back after 1-hour long call, however, that never happens. They simply choose to not call. This kind of response is not expected from such a company. I own a lot of other Samsung devices, but these will be the last products that I will own. I am not going back and I won't be recommending these devices to anyone in the future.

Have the Gear 3 since new and was excited to buy the gear 4 classic but when it arrived it didn't feel or fit like the Gear 3... When you put them side by side you can truly see the difference in the curvature of the 2. returned the Gear 4 and will continue to used the Gear 3 instead.

Now this option is open and there are items that I need to return? All the products I use are Samsung. but unfortunately the customer service is bad
