I absolutely love my Samsung S8+! I have no complaints about my phone and can't wait to upgrade to the 10! I do have 1 solution... I work in tech support, so I troubleshoot and activate phones daily. One suggestion is that you give people the option to create a Google Account upon activation. I have helped people with brand new phones try to activate them without a Google account. They do not have access to a computer and it is an inconvenience that they cannot setup a phone without an account, so at least give them the option to create one, instead of searching for a computer to create one, just to log in on their phones to activate.

I absolutely love this watch. This is the first smartwatch I have owned. It monitors my exercise. I love that it can accept calls and texts. The only complaint I have is that after the last update my watch only lasts for approx 8 hours. It says it's supposed to have a 2 day battery.

I purchased this item yesterday. It was fully charged before use, and I took it from the charger at 7am this morning, at 100%. It is 3pm and the battery is completely dead. I love the features offered, and the design of the watch. However, this battery makes it worthless. It breaks my heart.

Awesome display! love the bezel ! Even though it is the older model I cant even tell! The only thing I can say bad about it and why I did not rate it as a five star is the battery. I have the 4g version and if I were to use it as a phone the battery would not last one day. I just use bluetooth and do not text or make phone calls and have about 50 to 55 percent from 6am to 1130 pm. I tried to record my sleep one night and woke up and it was at 15 %. SO if your looking for battery life then this isnt the watch for you . Other than that I love everythign else about this watch

I got it yesterday and so far I love it ! I love the text feature ! It makes it easy to send a short text without my phone and I can use a keyboard or just draw the letters with my fingers.... you can make a call using the watch also !..... The heart rate monitor is cool ... as for the other features I'm still learning them but overall I'm happy so far ! It's different to wear a watch again but I'm getting used to it !

It's made life so much easier and convenient by saving the time it takes for someone to get their phones out and either take down a list to do, add a contact, create a reminder or check an email. I bought this so I have a phone I can use in case of emergency when I'm walking my dog. But it will be more helpful if the battery lasts for more than 4 hours and that there is a way to see how much battery life it have. I have this device for 3 weeks now and it's just on standby 95% of the time but still just last for 4 hours and up 6 hours on power saving mode.

I had the Gear Fit 2 prior to purchasing this watch. It was fine, but I found it to be uncomfortable after a few hours and quit wearing it. I have had the S2 for about 3 months, and I wear it all day every day. I love that I can leave my phone in my office while I'm walking around schools meeting with teachers and still receive needed notifications. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the phone quality if you actually have to make a phone call from it, but I've only needed to do that once or twice. Overall, LOVE this watch!!

This watch includes many amazing features. What I like about this watch is that I can make cell phone calls and text messages when I'm away from my cellphone. I can't have my phone on me all the time, especially when I'm riding my horse. The watch is light weight and easy to use making it a perfect make for me when I'm working out. I've owned and used this 3G model since November of 2015 and it has been an enjoyable experience overall. I like the design with its clean look, its lightness, its rotating bezel, integration of an ambient light sensor, clear and loud speaker for voice calls, and comfortable wristbands. The watch contains many useful technology such as Bluetooth, NFC, a chip to make and receive voice calls, a chip for having access to 3G data, a speaker for voice prompts and making calls, and a GPS sensor to track one's movement. Samsung Pay was promised earlier in the lifecycle of the product but it came really late in only October of 2016. That was disappointing since I've wanted to use it earlier. It is better than never but I strongly feel that Samsung could've rolled out Samsung Pay earlier if they dedicated enough priority and resources into it. Samsung surely has the manpower, money, and all the resources in the world to do so. Another frustrating aspect of my owner experience has been the lack of support for wristbands and accessories. Not only did the wristbands come to market later than expected, some accessories such as the official wristband adapters, never came to the US market although they were released in Europe. I had to purchase my wristband adapters from a UK retailer and have it shipped to me in the US for an expensive price. I'm glad I found those because it allowed me to buy my own 20mm wristbands and use it with my Gear S2. Software-wise, I'd rate Samsung a 7 out of 10. Depending on which watchface I'm using, sometimes all of my widgets I have set up gets scrambled out of order or some widgets simple just disappear and I end up having to add them again. This bugginess has been present since I've owned the watch in November of 2015 despite having received several firmware updates since then. Another less-than-stellar software function is S Voice. Not only is it very slow, it's not very accurate when transcribing my words and commands. Also, for a smart product, I'm disappointed that it cannot perform and set Reminders. It kind of blows my mind how Samsung cannot add such a simple thing as a voice Reminder function when almost everyone else in the world is able to do so. Despite these flaws and inconveniences, I'd still recommend this watch to my friends and others. I consider myself a Power User and I know my needs and demands are more acute compared to an average consumer. The Gear S2 3G has brought many conveniences to my life such as the ability to quickly answer calls from my wrist (useful for when I'm driving or I have my hands full or they're wet), ability to filter calls, text messages, and notifications without having to take out my phone, and ability to keep track of my health stats. I've had fun with this watch but I'm ready to move on now to either the new Gear S3 or AW smartwatches.

I love my Samsung tech and when I got the Gear S2 it was grate. I loved the desing of the watch and rotating bezel worked awesome. It worked good for about 8 months and then when I updated it the last time in June it stopped working properly. The watched would freeze up. I did a factory reset hopping I could get it back to when I frist brought it but it still keeps freezing up.

It's convenient, professional, looks gorgeous, and has served as a great tool and improvement to my daily activities. My only complaint is that the watch requires me to utilize Samsung Voice rather than Google Now Voice.
