i lost my buds pro after only a week of ownership because the case opens up too easily and they fell out. unfortunately trying to track them didn't work either. highly disappointed.

ive had the samsung galaxy buds+ and to be honest the fit better, i really hate the way the interchangable ear pieces were taken away. i guess you would call it a fin, these are already falling out of my ears and im honestly worried i may loose one.

do not buy these unless you have a galaxy phone. i have older galaxy buds and absolutely love them! they work flawlessly with my iphone. i had the "galaxy buds app" from ios app store that allowed me to do hardware & software updates to the buds directly, set and control touch buttons, check battery levels, change tone & ambiance levels, plus so much more. i was impressed. so, i ordered the galaxy pro buds. they would not connect to the same app i used for my old galaxy buds at all. i was told they wld work with iphone 13, no problem. i spent literal hours trying to make them work. i cannot control the volume on the buds themselves at all! apple iphone = zero control. sending them back for a full refund! and they feel like much cheaper quality.

i attempted to upgrade from my 1st set of buds to the pro. i loved my 1st pair, but they died. so, i thought i'd try the 'top of the line' pro buds. even after trying all the 'sleeves' that the pro's came with, they will not stay in my ears! it seems as though the prong leading into the ear canal is way shorter than the other models. so, no matter which 'sleeves' you choose, they are too shallow to go into my ear.
listening to a book on my couch and they fall out. eating food with them in and they fall out. walking to take out the trash and they fall out. turning your head too fast and they fall out!
it's quite ridiculous!

when i went on a run, the right earbud fell out of my ear and on the road which scratched it. that earbud stopped charging after that. i read online, "damaged earbuds will not charge. however, if one earbud is damaged, the other earbud will continue to charge." but both earbuds stopped charging even though the left one was not damaged. i took them to get seen by the samsung repair shop, and they told me they won't fix them. to buy new ones. i told them what their website said and they immediately dismissed me. im just mad because i spent almost $200 for these buds, just for them to be the most fragile buds. i've had pairs of $40-$60 buds that lasted me years.

i wanted to love these, they sound great, nice noise cancelling, and super pretty color that matches my phone. then there's the fit, these things will not stay in my ears. why did you get rid of the wings!? i am sad that my husband paid over $200 for these things and i can't really use them, unless i want to have my hands over my ears. samsung this was a huge miss.

i have owned many ear buds and have never experienced issues when wearing them. i've owned three generations of samsung earbuds. these cause severe reactions. my ears will begin aching within 30 minutes of use and several occasions my ears would begin to have gross drainage and itch terribly. i cleaned them regularly and even used their own branded sanitizer uv box to see if that would help. it did not. i have reached out on multiple occasions and the communication was terrible. their support would say they would email me and then never did. a box areived for me to ship them back but no communication came beyond that.

i got these to replace my galaxy live buds. the battery seems to last for a long time, but that might be because i can't wear them for long without the ridge of my ear, just above the ear canal, getting bruised. these are just so painful to wear! i've had them for 6 days & tried all 3 sizes of the cushions, but nothing seems to help. the sound quality seems great, and i especially like the ambient sound option while talking in the phone. unfortunately, the design is just terrible. if they don't feel like they're grinding into the cartilage, then they're falling out.
looking around online, this seems to be a common issue.
customer service was absolutely no help either.

i'll start with what i liked about these buds. the violet is beautiful and it has cool features like voice detection and you can make them ring if you lose them (although that function seemed to only work for one bud). the sound is good but not great. what i don't like is how uncomfortable they are. after wearing for 20 minutes my ears are sore. they also don't fit. they are constantly on the brink of falling out of my ears. i can't imagine going for a jog wearing these when i have to constantly readjust even when i'm sitting down. readjusting is extra annoying because of the touch feature that pauses music. i really wanted to like these and i'm usually not picky about this stuff but i couldn't keep them.

i splurged on myself which is something i rarely do all because these came out in purple. the sound quality is amazing. the bass is better than in my car! (here again i probably did blow the speakers 100k miles ago). the noise cancelling is spectacular. literally as i type this review i can not ear my son standing next to me asking why i forgot ranch at the store. i have only own these adorable little buds for a few hours but i think i can call myself an expert on this issue. do yourself a favor and go buy a pair!!

disappointed coming from the live buds i call myself upgrading. the live buds were a great fit but hard to keep clean. these buds pros are made for people with large ears. they don't mimic the inner ear very well for a snug fit. they must've been designed for people with ginormous ears only. one with small/medium ears wouldn't get a snug comfortable wear from these. i have adult size small ears. these buds don't stay in my ears. they fall out often using the smallest rubber that comes with them they constantly fall out. the insert, twist to lock method is definitely a bad design. they are not shaped like an inner ear so it's uncomfortable. i regret my purchase.

lost my original buds in vegas and thought i'd upgrade on the replacements. butt...i've messed with the various sizes with fitting. my previous bud i used the small tip which i began with when i received these. the first time i sued them i was impressed with the sound quality and was enjoying them until about 5 minutes later when the middle ear started hurting. i couldn't even make through a conference call. i played around with the other tips with the hope i could make it work with out it hurting my ear. by the time i did, they wouldn't stay in. passed my return period, maybe pass off as xmas gift? ordered buds 2.

i love samsung products. the buds pro are great sounding and function perfectly, as described. they look very nice and the noise cancellation works well. the problem, for me? after a few days of wearing them a couple to three hours a day, i developed an ear infection, in both ears. ear canal is still very painful, even after a doctor's visit (yes, that infected). i have since read that many people have the same issue. samsung should recall these pods. i will go back to my buds live, they work and feel great.

loyal samsung customer. every phone, device and appliance i own is samsung. replacing a pair of galaxy plus which i loved. immediately knew i was returning the pro's. the design is horrible. if you have to look on the website to figure out if your wearing them correctly that is pretty sad. even if they did fit they are not usable. they itch like crazy. really unfortunate because the sound quality seems amazing from what i can tell. i didn't get to really use them for the reasons i've stated above.

solid build quality - no corners have been cut.
phantom violet beautiful – visible parts look almost like dark violet gunmetal finish.
fit is rock solid. no pain after hours of wearing (after switching to large inserts).
music - bass awesome and clean. high notes - no distortion.
calls- great from both ends - mine and people i have called while using these.
anc - very good; similar to over ear phones.
settings on wearable saved on buds so i can use with other phones with no app.
in the end the pros passed my fit and comfort requirements and have given me the tremendous benefit of sound quality, features and options. i highly recommend!

These fit great, seem to have very good range and have really amazing sound quality. Using them for calls is just as great. They are loud and clear and the caller reports crystal clear voice with very minimal background noise. Very pleased!!

I bought the Galaxy Buds Pro on June, and I been using them sincen then. I want to start this by being honest with you all, the truth is that this product lives up to its name they are pro in everyway possible. I just had one issue with them; however, it was my fault. They usually would pop out of my ear after moving a little bit, after a while I desided to change the size of the tip to a smaller size. They never popped out again, and on the top of that I don't even feel them. The ambient sound really good, and the noise cancelation was right on point. Amazing that's all!

My Review on the Galaxy Buds array of In-Ear Headphones...

Pros: EVERYTHING ... these were my first In-ears buds and I have never looked back ... well let me rephrase ... From the sound quality to the comfort and fit these are the best of the best. I say that as I have purchase all of the buds Samsung has produced and the new generations do not even compare. Also as a UNC fan, I love the Carolina Blue Color!
Cons: I don't even know if this is a con more than it is just an inconvenience sometimes, even if it's that ... but when you have these things in and even if nothing is playing ... you can't hear a thing LOL!!!! For me it's too the point it freaks me out that it's so quiet ... and it's not even noise reduction hahaha!

Of course I had to buy the second gen as I try to keep up with the latest tech ... and again I loved the sleek futuristic design as well as the shiny bronzish like color ... I worried that the fit and the sound quality may be leaked/lost because of the fit, but once I had received them and started using them ... I was sold. However, I do find that when I am looking to accessorize my attire, these are my go to. Also, I for some reason prefer then when making calls. I never use these to work out as although the fit is nice and snug, I prefer the Buds+. I had to use Buds Pro when I lost one of my Bud+, which you'll see in the next section I am not a big fan of. At the end of the day I don't have anything Cons for these similar to the the Bud+ (remember, the CON i listed above I am not really sure, should be considered a CON, it's so good it's bad, because it makes me think I'm deaf LOL, but then all i have to do it take it out)

<Circa In Living Color> HATED IT! I was excited about these when they were coming out ... Samsung Marketing was phenomenal ... I was like wow ... I've been so happy with the previous Gens and these are supposed be even better ... couldn't wait ... until I realized I could have. Simply put ... sound etc. all of that is great ... but I just don't I am a fan of the style ... unlike the first two gens, these just seem bulkier than I would like or had gotten used too ... The only reasons I wear these now is to workout in as I mentioned before I lost a Galaxy Bud+ which i prefer when I'm working out because of comfort and fit.

Well I have had these for about a month ... and the jury is still out ... I had hoped these would be a good replacement for my Bud+, but I am finding they are falling a bit short. For one, I do like the sleek feel, I do like the fit ... but again, the fit I need for working out is lacking ... these have actually fallen out several times while working out doing cardio ... also I am not sure these are producing the same quality of audio as the previous Gens ... I find myself always trying to turn the volume up and it's maxed out. So that's an issue.
In conclusion, for me, the Buds have declined in terms of how positive my experiences are with them ...
As you can see by the reviews the Buds+ are #1 in terms of wearing while working out, Sound Quality, and "noise-cancelling" LOL ...
While I enjoy the Buds Live most for style, accessorizing, and using for phone calls ...
Buds Pro - Too Bad I can't return these now

i have had these for about a week now and they are not what i thought they would be. i have tried all of the ear attachments that came with these and none of them stop the ear buds from falling out. i have to adjust them every 20 minutes as they start to slide out. this is very frustrating because as you try to adjust them you risk either stopping whatever you are listening to, pause what you are listening to, or heaven forbid you end up hanging up while on a call because they keep coming out. the sound was great and i love the noise canceling feature. i really wanted to like these and was hoping that they would be great enough to keep but i am going to have to return them because i really don't want to spend more time adjusting them rather than enjoying them.

Although the earbuds are slightly bigger than I thought, the quality is great! The auto ambience and noise cancellation feature are really well, I don't have to manually pause my music before I talked to someone, it switched really fast and smooth. Also, I tried using this earbuds to record voice track and calls, the recordings are very clear and no white background noise. I am very impressed.

Got a pair with my preordered z flip 3. I've had almost every pair of Galaxy buds with the exception of one. There's no surprise that these buds have exceptional sound quality. You can wear them a long period of time and not have comfort issues, and you don't have to worry about sweat or water damaging them during exercise. These are my buds of choice for everything. The transparency mode and noise cancellation modes are superior to the competitors. The only minor issue I have with them, is that they take a second to insert a get seated correctly. I say this because noise cancellation requires a perfect seal, once achieved, the noise cancelation feature is great. I can get this perfect seal, but not as quickly as I can with other buds.

The galaxy buds pro easily became one of my most used devices thanks to how seamless it is to use them. And how I can switch between galaxy devices I am using without entering any settings. I love the look of them so small and fashionable. The only thing I don't like is how easy it is for it to fall out of my ear. I constantly have to push it back in even when I'm just sitting. But other than that they are amazing.

I love them sound is great .could be more bass but still good . the only things I don't like are after an hour or so your ears start to hurt from wearing them . I used the smallest size but still hurt. I also do not like the placement of the control buttons .everytime you try to adjust them you pause or skip the song .I wish they could of been compatible with hey Google so you could do other things with them and avoid those buttons. they are the very first pair of expensive earbuds I've purchased definitely better quality than I was used to . just wish they didn't make my ears sore to touch after wearing them

I picked these up after looking a several YouTube and internet reviews. I am also using them with a Motorola Edge Plus and I had no issues connecting them or using the Galaxy Wearable app to control them. So far I like the battery life and sound quality. The ambient mode is very hit or miss. I have pretty severe tinnitus in one ear and what I would do with other headsets is move the balance over to one side to simulate more of a stereo effect. I did this with the Galaxy Buds and it worked fine for that purpose. However, with the balance cranked over, I felt the ambient mode would kick in at the slightest external noise. When I moved the balance back to the middle, this was not as much of an issue.Sound quality is excellent and they give you a number of earpieces to get a good fit.They also provide a number of ways to accesorize via the Galaxy Wearable app. The case charges the Galaxy Buds while they are sitting in the case and they can be charged wirelessly.

so, the sound quality on these are okay, to me still not the best, but i can live with it. however this isn't my biggest problem, the problem is that it does not stay in my ears at all. it slips out ever so often, i can't dance or use it to work out because it slips out often. i changed the ear pieces but still won't fit in snuggly. i had the buds plus i believe and it was way better. they should have stuck with that original design.

Galaxy buds pro are amazing when it comes to sound quality. I can hear both highs and lows and not have to worry whether or not it is pitchy or quiet. The bass and tweeter set up in the binds work amazing. I love the ANC. It is like living in my own world! 360 degree audio could be improve, however, to be a bit less echo sounding. Overall, I love these ear buds.

The earbud pros are packaged perfectly, got them pretty quick as well.
The sound quality is unmatched, and the noise cancelation works great, not to mention they have an ambient noise so you can hear your surroundings AND touch sensors to change, and pause your songs.

After purchasing these I have acquired a set of airpods pro as well and treated to see the difference. These have a much better bass response as well as keeping outside noise or write a bit better. The only thing I would like to see done better is the touch commands. I liked having some control via the stalk on the airpods. Also I inadvertently do things by accidentally touching them all the time but there's no easy way to circumvent this that I've seen.

This product came in a bundle with my s21 ultra. These were just a nice little bonus that I was not planning on using too much since I already had my Sony WF-1000XM3. However upon trying these out I was pleasantly surprised. These had a much wider soundstage and better instrument separation than my Sony's. The noise cancelling was very decent but the Sony's still took the edge on that regard. Having said that, the Galaxy Buds Pro amazing sound quality and how comfortable they are to wear gave them the spot as my preferred pair of earbuds. They are also very easy to pair and use.
