NO operating manual included - so cheap!

I was totally surprised that, after spending almost $3,000 for a new oven, that there wasn't even an operating manual included with it to tell you how to use it. How cheap is that?!!!! My wife is definitely NOT HAPPY!!!! I'd love to tell you how great it is, once we can get a manual to even run it. I might give it a better rating once we can use it.

READ THIS REVIEW FIRST! OVEN RACKS ARE A PROBLEM.

I gave a one star rating due to the ongoing issues with the coated racks in these units. THEY STICK AND SCRATCH THE INTERIOR! The friction from trying to move the racks also causes particles to flake off of the racks. GE replaced my first double oven unit due to this issue, but it persists with the second unit, even though they state the racks are ™€œdifferent.™€ They now refuse to address the issue of RUST in my ovens caused by the ill-fitting racks. I have sent them photos of the scratches, rust and the particles that accumulate on the bottom of the ovens from the friction of trying to move the racks. They state these issues are ™€œcosmetic™€ and do not affect the functionality of the ovens. There are many other complaints about this issue on this website as well as other major retailers and social media sites. I have contacted a law firm that specializes in class action lawsuits and they are interested in this, especially determining what the material is that flakes off of the racks and could possibly get into the food in the oven. I have also submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I spent over $2,800.00 for this appliance and have been dealing with this issue since the first unit was installed in September 2025. I requested a refund of my purchase price and they denied that.

Soooo nice! Two full size ovens with very slick control panels for top and bottom. It even has an air fryer setting which is a nice addition, if you ever need it. I like that the control options dim out with only clock time showing at all times. If you need the controls to show up, just touch the panel of open the oven door slightly to make the options appear.

Nice but some Issues

Easy to use but some issues. The racks don't slide in and out easily. Can't use the air frying without using an app. Ridiculous to have this function only work this way. I should be able to turn on the air fry from the controls. Basically I can't use a function easily that I paid for. The nice thing is intuitively the controls are easy to use.

After a super easy install, the we ran the oven for the recommended temperature and time to allow the manufacturer oil/dust to burn off. The oven is easy to use, and the controls are straight forward. We™€™ve only used the top oven so far, but there is pretty even heating (conventional baking) with slightly warmer spot in the back left of the oven (items back left are slightly more done than front right) Preheat times are slightly longer than previous oven, but the temperature is shown on the front of the oven, so you know how close the temperature is. The oven is compact enough for our small space, but holds a good amount of cooking area. Some things to get used to: Longer preheat times The racks are slightly stubborn to slide in and out The screen goes dark until you touch the face™€¦not a big deal, but fingerprints are easily seen I would certainly recommend this product, and would buy again.

This double oven is beautiful to look at, and the "hidden' control buttons are so cool. One touch and they light up. The GE controls are very intuitive and clear (unlike some other brands which can be obscure). The remote features via Wi-Fi are also amazing. We often pre-heat the oven on the way home from Costco. It is spacious and easy to open/slide out trays. The Air Fry option works super nice for toasty items and fries.

Replaced a 16 year old double wall oven (GE) only because the door got broken and there was no one who sold the parts anymore. This new one looks great, was easy to install, and I love the air-fry and convection. I think my favorite thing is that the bottom element is hidden and it can be wiped clean easily. It cooks evenly and the broiler is fantastic. The controls are eaay to figure out. Overall, i am extremely happy with it. - it looks so nice, my husband now wants to uograde the dishwasher too!

Bad performance, It's a lemon

Double wall oven stopped working after three uses. Tested the self cleaning on the lower oven, after 2 hours it just stop. oven is still locked. Unfortunately it also caused the top oven not to work either According to GE, no Ge repairman's is in my area. Advised to expect a call within 72 hours. Oven is very pretty but it's not a good product. I asked them to replace it but so far I am still waiting on GE to find a repairman. If it was something lower than a 1, I would have chose that.
